I looks very nice! I love the detail in his expression and the hair! I would add more detail to the collar of the coat as it looks like it was rushed. And I think that adding some material detail to the textures would make this model stand out even more.

Recommendations:I might be wrong but I would add more work to the collar. It doesn't fit the style of the head and the hat.
