My progress so far with my attempt at modeling a relatively complex timepiece, the Hublot King Power F1. Modeling is being done within Maya.

Overall this model is looking great, it's clear you are paying close attention to your reference images.
Building a watch like this is a great challenge and it's going to look awesome when all done and rendered... this would be a very nice addition to my watch collection btw!
Strong Points:Attention to detail is really good. General topology appear to be clean and render friendly.
Recommendations:There are a few areas that you could have saved time on when modeling that wouldn't have impacted the overall appearance or rendering requirements.
For example, the winder has a logo on it. You've spent a lot of time modeling this as one clean piece. Based on it's scale and size in the render you could have simply created the logo as a seperate piece of geo and intersected it. The topology would be cleaner and the rendering results would have been the same.
