hi everyone.


The road hunter is a pack creature found on the outskirts of various North American cities. They dwell beside country roadways, borrowed a few feet below the ground.
They hunt at night for fresh meat, using their short beak to rip flesh and their strong legs to dodge oncoming autos. Being more of a scavenger than a hunter, the roadhunter has a keen sense of smell for decaying roadkill, and a hard exoskeleton to help defend its feeding grounds.

oh yeah this sketch is good ol pencil on paper, it has elements of a horned ant, bird, and bi-ped dinos.

okay ive been thinking alot about my entry so i had to make some changes. I have not even started modeling yet.

first of all the creature looked too timid or calm to me, he is supposed to be a scavenger and is probably hungry most of the time - he needs to be more intimidating

also he stood on two legs with little feet, im not sure how supportive that is.

so i put him on all fours, with sharper claws and the front legs being almost like hands.
the idea is that the creature has an ant type body with 4 legs similar to a 4-legged mammal and the beak of a giant squid.
