John Carter the newest movie from Academy Award®--winning filmmaker Andrew Stanton is an action adventure story set on Barsoom, the exotic and mysterious planet we know as Mars. Based on the classic novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, creator of Tarzan, John Carter is the story which inspired many of the most imaginative and well known Hollywood movies, past and present. Next year will mark the 100th anniversary of the John Carter character, first created in the Edgar Rice Burroughs novel.

In a world on the brink of collapse, John Carter rediscovers his humanity when he realizes that the survival of Barsoom and its people rests in his hands.

Iron Sky is a science fiction comedy being produced by Blind Spot Pictures and Energia Productions in Finland, and co-produced by 27 Films in Germany and New Holland Pictures in Australia. Iron Sky has been filmed, the principal photography took place in Germany in November-December 2010 and in Australia in January-February 2011. We are currently in the final stages of post-production with the film opening in Finland on 4th of April 2012. Other countries will follow soon after.

Aaron Sims is one of the most successful special effects artists and art directors in Hollywood today, having worked on everything from Men In Black to Sucker Punch. But he has yet to helm a feature film as director. That might all change as the internet buzzes over his latest passion project. Archetype is a seven-minute short that puts lots of major sci-fi films to shame...

This is awesome... just would love to see this as a full feature.

Looks epic. There is some good looking creature work, lets hope the acting and story is better than the first one..
